Aunt Lexi came to visit last night! Olivia loves hanging out with her Aunts!

Olivia had her ultrasound done this morning. It went well; she was very smiley and cooperative. The doctor just came in to let me know that EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! The original problem (some kind of kink or pinch in the ureter) that caused the infection isn’t even showing up on the ultrasound anymore!! The kidney is back to it’s original size and there is no inflammation anymore. YAY!!

Although this is VERY VERY exciting, the ultrasound will still be sent to the doc in Ann Arbor to look at. Our next step is to do a VCUG (I forget what this stands for). This test will show the urine flow in her kidneys, bladder, and everywhere else it goes. They’re just doing this to make sure there aren’t any other problems that the ultrasound would miss.

I’m so happy that not only is the infection gone, but the original defect in her kidney seems to have corrected itself!! Our little miracle baby!!

Olivia was SO happy to get such good news!!

    Matt, AJ & Olivia! What absolutely WONDERFUL NEWS!!! You truely have the MIRACLE BABY! I would imagine you find it so unbelievable you will have them double & triple check her.     WOW! Of course it comes of no surprise. The power of healing prayer is nothing to be amazed at. I knew she was in the Lord’s hands. I have never prayed more for our God to have mercy. The true test of our faith is how we will share this amazing miracle baby with others. There is no other way but throught the grace and mercy of our Lord that she has pulled through in such an extraordinary way! i am so happy for you, Matt and AJ that the Lord has been blessing you daily with great progress in Olivia’s health. I was with your mom, Matt when you called that first night and it was really hard to believe that Olivia could be taken from you so soon. Through obedience we have all faithfully prayed for Olivia, and God has honored our obedience and faith in HIM. Remember how he has taken care of her in such a big way and what he will do when you pray for the small things.

    Praise God! God hears our prayers and He answers them in big and small ways. This, is a BIG answer to prayer. We are so THANKFUL for His love, mercy, and power. We know God has a special plan for Olivia and He will use her for His purposes. You know when the doctor’s cannot explain things, God can! He displayed His power through your little girl and peformed a miracle for all to see! Thank you Jesus! May we be able to stand up and proclaim what He has done for you!
